He tweeted this message in response to accusations from startup Expanse in Tom, that the largest crypto exchange demanded 400 BTC for listing. Changpeng Zhao said that the decision to add any coins depends on their quality, not a contribution, and recommended that projects worry about the wrong, «how much does a listing on Binance cost?», and «enough is my product good for of this?». He also directly named EXP shitcoins and recommended focusing on improving the token rather than attract attention to him due to hype.

Previously, the founder of Expanse submitted a letter from a supposedly representative of the crypto exchange, in which requirements were specified in 400 MTC. but the head of Binance named his fake and even suggested help in the fight against the scammers who sent it, adding that to a project that is not can protect yourself from fakes, you should not collect investor money. Although the truth is difficult to determine by correspondence on social networks and screenshots, but can say for sure that EXP has little chance of being listed on Binance.
